Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be undamaged, and in like-new condition.
- Include all original hardware, instructions, and components.
- Be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Have an approved Return Authorization from Krech Technologies LLC.
There are no restocking fees for approved returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to insure the shipment.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been used, modified, or damaged.
- Items damaged due to improper handling or storage.
- Clearance or promotional items marked Final Sale.
